Avalon Angler Downhole Video Camera (Memory)

A self contained memory camera that gives you E-line-like capabilities with the reduced costs and increased mobility that comes with a slickline deployed system.

The Avalon Angler Downhole Video Camera was designed to address the need for quick, safe, and reliable means of retrieving high quality visual dat from the wellbore without the hassle, cost, and logistical constraints of deploying an electric line unit.

The Avalon QUP can be conveyed to depth on slickline or combined with a specialized carrier for coil tubing deployment in horizontal wellbores.

Applications

Inspection

  • Inspection for fishing jobs, less guesswork, definitive data collection
  • Hole finder, positively identify the source of leaks or damage in the wellbore, increase certainty by combining with a P/T gaugue
  • Quick confirmation of cause or restrictions (ie - tubing collapse, wellboer collapse, or circulation problems.
  • Confirm make-up integrity on critical joints, isolation assemblies and abandonment equipment

High Pressure

  • Minimal toolstring length on slickline, quick in-out trips in the wellbore and a lack of extra equipment required for deployment

Sour Service

  • Decreased risk factor on slickline when operating in critical sour environment, minimal personel and equipment on the wellsite
